This review is well overdue. I can't say enough about Michelle and her team. We renovated our house and had flooding from Ida and have used Michelle several times. Before we used Michelle, I had used companies like 800-Got Junk. There is no comparison. Michelle's prices are incredibly reasonable! You don't need to pile things in a corner, all you do is point out what you would like to get rid of and her team handles it. They are very careful not to damage your house. If things need to be broken down, they will do it. Whether you are renovating, remodeling or just spring cleaning... there is no one else I would use. I was so pleased with CKM, if you are looking for someone to clean your yard and pick up the trash, go with this company, they are reliable , Michelle was very courteous and friendly and understand what we wanted to be done, the service that they did, very professional and they were very fast in getting my appointment. Great Service, very professional, quick and clean. I called for a quote, Mechell was quick to respond and send me the quotes soon after sending pics of the furniture I needed removed from my apt. Received automated appointment confirmation and reminder before their arrival. Communication was easy and quick. They got the job done, made sure no damages and also cleaned up after. Mechell and her team are incredible. If you need removal services in the North Hudson area, please use CKM. I urgently needed a removal. Spoke to Mechell who understood my situation and she came within two hours to provide an estimate. Her and her team were able to come the very next morning. Since CKM is a local business she knew everyone in the buildings mgmt and that sped up the process. I can’t speak to the services but the customer service is outstanding. I called this company to set up service and unfortunately google misled me as they don’t service my area BUT Mechelle was kind and supportive. She made suggestions of other companies based on her vast experience in this field and even sent me the contact info to make sure I was getting in touch with the right company. I had an excellent experience with CKM clean out. They came over to a 20 unit building that I’m a board member of. They gave a very competitive quote they showed up on time and also saw some things that may have been of great value so before throwing it away they double check. They were also very clean the basement was full of dirt debris and dust . And now when you go inside there’s absolutely nothing they sweat completely I would highly recommend them ~ Danny

I live in a condo building at Port Imperial and had a really hard time finding a company to get into the building due to insurance requirements. Michelle was awesome. She made sure the building had everything they needed and on the day of the service they were able to remove a desk, couch and old mattress. This is true customer service! Amazing service! We had a treadmill that was located on the second floor and didn’t know how to get rid of it due to the stairs we had at home. I went online and found CKM and gave them a call. They were able to schedule me the same week. They are professional with their work and safely took out the treadmill from the house. These guys are legit. Called and got same day service for junk pick up. Their communication is quick effective and kind. They actually arrived early at the job site and cleaned what they could and waited for me for 10 mins. Once I got there, no attitude or impatience, but they continued to work without issues. Once the junk was cleaned up, they even swept up the residual dust and residue which is a level of thoroughness I appreciate! ~ Kevin B

Christopher, Camacho & Jose were very polite and patient. This was a last minute appointment. Upon their estimate I asked if they could remove same day and the Manager said yes. Considering that they were already done for the day they went the extra mile to work with me. They removed all the garbage so we could be ready for the Open House over the weekend. This place is fantastic. They were able to give me a quote and when they came to pick up my mattress the price I paid was the same as the quote. Many places will jack up the price once they arrive. They also were able to accommodate me and they came very quickly. All in all they made it a painless process and got it done for the price quoted and within the time they said it would happen. I'm so glad that I tried their service! They are very professional for their work and pay great care of the property they work in. We had our super heavy marble dining table and a sleeper-sofa disposed. They did the job really quickly and didn't cause any issues along the way given that I am living in an apartment building and things are pretty tricky for this type of work.
